Randi Rhodes
There's a lot of whining about Randi Rhodes going on in the comments over at Daily Kos. Some think she is too shrill or too caustic. Some are angry because she dared speak ill of precious Ralph Nader. The people crying the loudest seem to be the ones who also loved Howard Dean the most.
Those crybaby chardonnay sippers are wrong. A lot of liberals are pissed off. We're pissed at Nader for the 2000 election. We're pissed about four years of lying and corruption from Flightsuit Inc. We're pissed at DeLay and Catkiller Frist for pushing through their fascist agenda.
Now is not the time to play nice. Now is not the time for conceding points in congenial debate. You don't bring a knife to a gunfight. I, for one, am happy to hear someone expressing that anger on a national stage. We need more like Randi Rhodes on our side.
