Sen. Charles (Chuck in election years) Grassley from the great state of Iowa says that Bin Laden will be caught before the election.

An election forecast: We'll get bin Laden
“Obviously, he’ll be caught between now and the election,” Grassley said Monday when asked if he’s disappointed that Osama bin Laden hasn’t been killed or captured.
Why is he so sure?
